Shipping & Delivery Status

All shipments are sent via Canada Post or Purolator from BLACKS.CA distribution Centre.
  • Processing means we’ve received your order and are in the process of filling it
  • Shipped means we’ve filled your order. It’s out for delivery and will be delivered soon
Canada Post or Purolator will leave you a notice advising which Postal Outlet and what time you can pick-up your delivery.
If you forgot or misplaced your tracking number, you can consult your Order History or call our customer service at 1-800-668-3826.

We are unable to specify a particular time for your order to be delivered. The delivery time presented on the website is an estimate only.
Please refer to the product page for shipping time estimates.
No, if you are not able to receive your delivery Canada Post or Purolator will leave you a notice advising which Postal Outlet and what time you can pick-up your delivery.

Shipping, shipping rates & Delivery Policy

You can have your order delivered at any Canadian address
Shipping rates are determined by the quantity of product ordered. Blacks.ca is committed to providing customers with the best and most efficient delivery service in Canada including most Remote Areas. A surcharge applies for delivery to certain remote areas in order to offset some of the extra costs incurred. If an extra charge is applicable, it will be clearly indicated on the order invoice.

At Blacks.ca, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please follow these steps.

If you are unhappy with your order Please contact our customer service department to make the necessary arrangements. Merchandise with defects will be reprinted and shipped at no charge. Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
